Property Details
Our caravan has been lovingly owned by our family for the past seven years. During this time, having fallen in love with Devon and the South West in general, we moved to the area and decided to place the caravan on the rental market.
The caravan is located in an elevated position in the private owners (quieter) area of the holiday park. There is a car park at the end of the row of vans and a level footpath leads to our caravan, approx 30m away. Three steps lead up to the decking from which access into the property is level.
The caravan is 35' x 13' Bluebird Caprice, featuring 2 bedrooms (one with en-suite) and can accommodate 6 people when using the pull out sofa bed in the lounge.
With two award winning beaches within a 20 minute walk, excellent public transport links to Paignton, Brixham and the wider area, and shops, takeaways and a pub a 10 minute walk away.
The park features an indoor pool complex and a bar/restaurant with indoor seating and outdoor terrace. Please note that dogs are not allowed inside the bar / restaurant.
Limited evening entertainment is provided in the bar during the high season.

Please note that we carry out our own deep cleaning of the property between each stay. Where a previous stay included any pets, the cleaning service is enhanced to ensure a totally clean and fresh environment.
A £50 refundable security deposit will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This will need to be paid with your final payment (4 weeks prior to check in). Subject to the property being left in a satisfactory condition, this deposit will be refunded in full, within 72 hours of your check-out.
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING POOL ACCESS
To access the swimming pool, it is necessary to purchase a day pass from the Park reception office.
It is also necessary to pre-book a slot for the swimming pool.
Please note that the Park charge directly for these passes and neither their cost nor availability are connected to Olive Escapes in any way.
Currently the passes are priced at £5 per person per day.
